Mines the gym. There’s something about putting on my headphones, and smashing out a workout.
Moving and pushing my body while lifting heavy weights. If I fail at lifting a weight, I try build it back up slowly from a lower weight.
I love the feeling and the endorphins that comes with the sense of accomplishment when nailing the heavier weight.
Is it a beach walk, sitting in a park reflecting, reading a book?
